Electronic Hotelworks came about when three successful industry specialists with distinct but complementing backgrounds, joined forces.
We like to think that that the result is a company that delivers efficiencies in multiple areas of hotels operations, whilst enabling hotels and travel related companies to realise their potential.
Our philosophy is to remain flexible with the services that we offer, allowing hotels to use us not only to provide real revenue generating solutions, but initially to also study the situation and identify the areas that need a solution. This way our clients know what they need and why the need it, before working with us – or even their own suppliers – to take the necessary remedial action in an educated way.
Addressing online and off-line challenges, from conception to completion, our services can be roughly divided into three main areas.
Georgina L. Hull Lewis heads our tourism project section. With over 15 years of experience in hotel and tourism project consulting, Georgina has been intrinsically involved, and is considered an authority in hotel, leisure and attraction feasibility studies. Her impressive array of project work includes clients such the Dutch, UK and Irish governments, numerous councils and hotel chains, in projects ranging from government level tourism policy to new hotel development and tourism attraction assessments where she is considered a leading authority.
Barry V. Ray heads our IT services department and is personally involved in all our software related projects. With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Barry has worked on a large number and wide range of projects, from high-end complex development in flight simulations to usability solutions for the Police Force, CRM solutions in financial and legal environments. His hospitality related projects include a full CRS system development for an online travel agency in Brighton. In the last three decades he has held senior Director and CEO roles in software houses and enjoys wide recognition in the IT industry as a forward thinker. His focus on creating efficiencies is reflected in all of eHotelworks’ IT projects.
